Check In: After 12:00 Noon

Check Out: is Normally 12:00 Noon. Late Check Outs are allowed if you notify us in advance of the approximate time.

Confirmed Guests: Your reservation is made for the number of guests listed. Your reservation is subject to immediate cancellation if you exceed more than the legal limit of 4 guests than are allowed by our rental permit.

Rental Charges: Reservations processed through VRBO/HomeAway require an initial payment of half the rental fees & state taxes. Final half payment or full payment is due, in full, 30 days prior to arrival. If these deadlines are not met then the reservation is subject to cancellation at our discretion.

Cancellations: All guest cancellations requests made at least 14 days before check-in will be refunded 100% of the amount paid. If cancellation request is made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. No refunds given for cancellation requests 7 days or less prior to check-in. If booking was made through VRBO/HomeAway, cancellations must be requested directly throught those platforms.

Offered Discounts: 5% Discount available for returning customers in good standing upon request, 5% Discount for bookings of 7 days or longer and 10% Discount for monthly rentals. Discounts cannot be combined. Contact us before placing VRBO booking request for further details.
